Established in 1994, Liyang Kailicarpet Material Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of wilton carpets, tufted carpets, PP BCF yarns. Located in the heartland of Changjiang River Delta and center of Shanghai Economic Coordination Zone, we have integrated specialized design, research, development, distribution and service in carpet and related materials manufacture. Close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Nanjing Lukou International Airport, Hangzhou international airport and Changzhou airport, we are able to provide prompt delivery effectively.

Additionally, as a Sino-Hong Kong joint venture, our five subsidiary companies have been successfully established in Shanghai, Xinjiang, Jiangsu and Shenyang, which further help us maximize customers' values and meet their changing needs. Having applied 120,000-square-meter area in Tianmu Lake Industrial Zone for construction of new working area in 2005, the total investment reaches USD24,390,200, and five floor covering production lines will greatly improve our production and quality control processes. Presently, the annual production capacity reaches 15,000MT BCF including 6,000MT 6-color net BCF and 9,000MT 3-color BCF, with aging resistant, ultraviolet radiation resistant and anti-bacterium properties. Meanwhile, we can also supply 4,000MT heat-setting and twisting BCF yarns annually. Specifically, the main products include cabling yarns, freezing and interlaced yarns with materials ranging from wools, cottons, nylon, polypropylene to acrylic. Nowadays, the annual output for wilton jacquard carpets has amounted to 5,000,000 square meters. Moreover, various wilton carpet woven technique have been applied in the production. Supplying 5,000,000 square meters of tufted carpets, we can also provide products involving high-cut low-loop carpets, level loop cut carpets, high-low loop carpets and common loop carpets.

The ICN tufting machine controlled by individual-needle can produce jacquard patterns in forms of cut piles. At the same time, we also possess shearing-backing line with 2-4 meters widths and natural foaming latex backing lines. As for processing technique and application scope, comparing to other well-known manufacturers, we have put considerable efforts on diversified border districts of carpet demands. Aiming at individual demand coming along with the improvement of living quality, we concentrate on material choosing, function innovation and catering for ultra physical aesthetic tastes in colors, hand-feeling and shapes. Our carpets made of silk, wool, cotton, cotton-acrylic, acrylic and nylon have been selling well in the American, Korean, Japanese, Canadian and Australian markets, and main customers include AIC Corporation from Japan, Mohawk and Target from the U.S.A.
